Hi, I'm Matt!
I'm incredibly privileged to be able to call New Zealand my home, and to have the opportunity to raise my own family here. When I'm not at work, I'm keeping busy with a bunch of different hobbies; board games, the gym, creative writing, and playing video games - to name a few. I love birds, and am fortunate to have pegged birdwatching as a retirement hobby early. I've also spent almost a decade running long-form D&D campaigns with friends, and am always looking for new adventures.
Professionally I care a lot about doing things intentionally. I think quality is hugely cultural, and I enjoy the challenge of building teams that reflect that. My personal life is a mirror of my work: I strive to live intentionally, cultivate meaningful relationships, and pursue passions that bring fulfillment.
